Pomodoro Technique

When we start doing something useful or hard. Like when we start to come out from our comfort zone to do something productive we always face some kind of disturbances which results in losing our motivation or move back towards the comfort zone.

I start using the Pomodoro technique for that work which I always find hard to complete and that is book reading. I start reading the book for the first 25 minutes. The most disturbing moment is that when you already switch your mobile phone on silent and also you feel like “If someone waiting for my reply?” I note that down and memorize myself for not doing it again.

Pomodoro Technique

In the second 25 minutes, I face disturbance like I should leave reading because I did not catch up anymore to the story of the book which causes losing my motivation and I also note that down and remember it for not repeating in the next phase.

Break every hindrance

In the next phase, I realize some new things about myself.

Like :

  1. Productivity
  2. Longlasting
  3. Capacity
  4. Speed of gaining knowledge etc…

I face my other type of new hindrances and started to overcome all and I note that when we start to fighting something then it does not matter that whether the problem is big or small it’s like we always knew that we have to fight it and then we feel like yes now I am doing something and most amazing. When we do something from our heart we do not much care about results because we found a way about how to handle that problem.

In the end, I like to tell that I feel something really amazing about this technique. I felt like if I can read a book in a very productive manner then I can do anything in my life and solve any problem. I have the ability but I need to dig it out.
